Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Yaliko, the platform at yaliko.com that lets a business create its online store, manage customer conversations and automate its sales. By creating an account, you accept them.

1. The service

Yaliko gives you a workspace that includes, depending on your plan, an online store, a WhatsApp and email CRM, campaigns, analytics and an AI agent. The service is delivered online, as is, and changes regularly.

Every workspace gets an address on yaliko.com and can connect its own domain name. You remain the owner of your brand, your catalog and your customer data.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and act on behalf of a business or professional activity. The information you provide at signup must be accurate and kept up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity from your account, including by team members you invite. Tell us immediately at support@yaliko.com about any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Yaliko only for lawful activities. The following are prohibited: selling illegal or counterfeit goods, unsolicited bulk messaging, collecting data without a legal basis, and any attempt to bypass the service's security or disrupt its operation.

Messages sent through WhatsApp, email or SMS must follow the rules of the carriers involved (including Meta's WhatsApp Business policies) and the regulations that apply to commercial outreach.

4. Your content and data

You keep all rights to the content you publish (products, images, text, pages) and to your customers' data. You grant us only the license needed to host, display and process that content in order to provide the service.

You warrant that you hold the rights to this content and are responsible for its compliance, including the legal notices your store must show to your own customers.

For your customers' personal data, we act as a processor on your behalf, under the conditions described in our privacy policy.

5. Plans, trial and payment

The service is sold as a monthly subscription, with a free trial as stated on the pricing page. When the trial ends, access continues in a limited mode until a plan is chosen.

Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise and may change with at least thirty days' notice. Fees from third-party services you connect (payment providers, messaging, advertising) remain yours and are billed by those third parties.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your settings; it stays active until the end of the period already paid, with no pro-rated refund.

6. Third-party integrations

Yaliko lets you connect third-party services (Meta for WhatsApp, Stripe for payments, email providers, marketplaces). Their use is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, their decisions (a suspended number, a declined payment) or their pricing.

7. Availability and support

We do our best to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support is provided by email at support@yaliko.com.

We back up platform data regularly. You can export your data from your workspace at any time.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yaliko's liability under the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost revenue, lost customers, or data loss caused by a third party).

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for willful misconduct or where the law prohibits such a limitation.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close a workspace for a serious breach of these terms, a risk to the service's security or a prolonged unpaid balance, after notifying you unless urgent. You may close your account at any time; your data is then deleted within the timeframes given in our privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Any material change is notified by email or in your workspace at least thirty days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent courts of Casablanca have exclusive jurisdiction.
